You are free to use Advanced Web Ranking for 30 days for testing purposes. After this period you must purchase a license. For more details please read the End User License Agreement file (eula.txt) included with the distribution.
Advanced Web Ranking comes with a free 12 months Maintenance Plan. This entitles you to free application upgrades, free search engine updates and technical support for 12 months after your purchase. 2. Running Advanced Web Ranking

Advanced Web Ranking requires the Java Runtime Environment (JRE) 1.4. If you have a previous JRE version, please download the latest version from:
http://www.java.com/en/
Alternatively, you can download the Advanced Web Ranking distribution that comes bundled with JRE 1.4.2_05 from our website:
http://www.advancedwebranking.com/download.html
To run Advanced Web Ranking, browse to Program Files->Advanced Web Ranking and click on the Advanced Web Ranking application.
Mac OS X
--------
Advanced Web Ranking requires Mac OS X 10.2 (Jaguar) or later and the Java Runtime Environment (JRE) version 1.4. If you have a previous JRE version, please make sure you install the latest operating system updates, which contain the JRE 1.4.
To run Advanced Web Ranking open the the application folder from your desktop and double-click on the "Advanced Web Ranking" application.

Advanced Web Ranking requires the Java Runtime Environment (JRE) 1.4. If you have a previous version, please download the latest version from:
http://java.sun.com/j2se/1.4.2/download.html
To run Advanced Web Ranking, double-click on the "AdvancedWebRanking.sh" launcher script.
IMPORTANT: The launcher and the integrated scheduler within Advanced Web Ranking looks for the java binary in /usr/bin. Therefore, if you have java installed in a different directory, you need to create a link to it from the /usr/bin directory.
Example:
cd /usr/bin
ln -s /path/to/java_binary java
To find out where java is located on your system, use one of the following commands at the shell prompt:
which java

locate java
